A breve fala foi proferida no Semin\u00e1rio Internacional &#8220;A Conven\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre contratos de compra e venda internacional de mercadorias: uma reflex\u00e3o luso-brasileira&#8221;, coordenado pela Profa. Maria Jo\u00e3o Mimoso e realizado pelo Departamento de Direito da Universidade Portucalense e pelo Instituto Jur\u00eddico Portucalense. O evento ainda contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outros Professores brasileiros e portugueses.
