Perpassando pela an\u00e1lise da forma\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco, de seus antecedentes e estrutura foi poss\u00edvel n\u00e3o s\u00f3 indicar os principais entraves atuais para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica-pol\u00edtica, mas igualmente indicar os desafios da integra\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um verdadeiro Direito do MERCOSUL. Ao final se conclui pela inexist\u00eancia de um verdadeiro Direito Comunit\u00e1rio do MERCOSUL e se apontam as dificuldades da op\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco pela harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REFER\u00caNCIA<\/strong>: GLITZ, Frederico E.
